ABOUT

The 21-year-old broodmare Universum is a large-framed mare who, despite her age, still exudes quality and scope. She is the dam of Quinto 80 (1.35m level showjumping).

Universum III is Holsteiner-bred and a full sister to the ZfdP-approved stallion Catcher (1.50m level with Janne Frederike Meyer).

She is by the renowned sire Caretino (1.60m Grand Prix), who produced over a hundred 1.60m Grand Prix horses, including 25 approved stallions such as Casall, Conway, Caridor, Cartano Z, Caruso and Cooper van de Heffinck.

Her dam Jette I is by the Thoroughbred stallion Salient xx x Landgraf I. Jette I is also the granddam of the approved stallions Deejay and Calmandos, as well as the showjumping horses Zegina (1.45m) and Catoki’s Del Sol (1.40m).
