We like to see a horse with a good balance, easy jumping manners and scope, such as this 3-yr-old stallion Pelle, who also has good looks.
Sire Douglas (1.50m Grand Prix) belongs to one of the best breeding Darco sons. Offspring at 1.65m level and even 1.70m level are Suma’s Zorro, Coral Springs and Dougie Douglas.
We also see a lot of sport genes on the dam’s side. Dam Ginger descends from the showjumping phenomenon Baloubet du Rouet and is a half-sister of three international horses: Farah (1.50m level with, amongst others, Kim Emmen), Iejoor (1.50m level with Joe Fernyhough) and Karlsson (1.40m level with Bertram and Harry Allen).
Grandam Assa (Concorde x Cantus x Landgraf I) we know as half-sister of the 1.60m World Cup showjumping horse Viggo under Beth Underhill (CAN). Out of the same line also comes the 1.60m Grand Prix stallion Almox Athletico, who was very successful under Ludger Beerbaum.
