De achtjarige Kayana M is een prachtige merrie met een mooi sporttype, sprekend hoofd en veel expressie. Ze beweegt lichtvoetig, galoppeert fantastisch en heeft bloed.

Moeder Bayana M is gefokt uit de 1.60m Grand Prix-springmerrie Vayana, die gereden werd door Valentina Isoardi (ITA). Vayana is een halfzus van Olinda (1.60m Grand Prix met Todd Minikus, USA), Noltaire (1.30m) en Cidana M (1.35m).
De merrielijn gaat terug op Diana (Zeus), die ook grootmoeder is van twaalf springpaarden op 1.30-1.60m GP niveau, waaronder de 1.60m geklasseerde Ibiza D en Julius D. Uit dezelfde familie komt olympisch springpaard Authentic, goed voor individueel brons in Hong Kong, en Pius Schwizer’s topspringpaard About A Dream.
