And this is another great promise for the future. Fernandel is tall, handsome and jumps with top-class quality and a very good technique. He absolutely does not want to make any mistakes. He could also be a good hunter.
His sire Fernando, son of the famous For Pleasure, jumped his 1.60m courses under Johnny Pals. He comes out of a half-sister of two 1.60m Grand Prix horses, showjumping talent is here already genetically captured.
Dam Z-Cassy is also very interestingly bred as daughter of Cassini I x Carthago Z. Her 7-yr-old son Hercules is started at international 1.35m level under Jose Manuel Ibanez (CHL) last year. Her granddaughter Kristalstar jumps at international 1.45m level under Kara Chad (CAN).
Grandam Libelle VIII supplied Loxley (1.45m level showjumping) and three 1.30m showjumping horses and is also grandam of Equifit Captain Z (1.60m GP) and Genzianella della Caccia (1.50m level).
