The 13-yr-old Electra will be sold as a broodmare. She is in foal to the well-breeding Denzel van ’t Meulenhof, sire of, amongst others, the still very young 1.60m Grand Prix stallions Nixon van ’t Meulenhof and Ipsthar. This year a Tangelo van de Zuuthoeve foal out of Electra was sold for 14,500 euro. The investment in this mare will be without doubt a good one!

Notable is that Electra combines the same sires as the top-class progenitor Cornet Obolensky: Clinton x Heartbreaker in her pedigree. She has two offspring performing in the sport: the 6-yr-old Qualoubet DW at international 1.25m level and the 5-yr-old Rico DW at 1.20m level.

Electra is a half-sister of two international 1.35m level showjumping horses: Gracia and the 7-yr-old Kiara, but also of the KWPN licensed stallion Back Gammon and Zita (1.30m level showjumping). Electra’s dam Paloma is a ¾ sister of Sundance (1.50m level showjumping) and a half-sister of five 1.30m to 1.35m level showjumping horses including the KWPN stallion Vincenzo.
