ABOUT

Colli Corneta is a gelding born in 2021, by Colestus out of a Cornet Obolensky damsire. A very beautiful grey who jumps impressively; these are exactly the horses we love to see. Plenty of go and effort, good technique, strong technique in front and behind, lots of push off the ground and quick off the floor, very careful and with tremendous scope. He is sharp in a good way, with fine blood. In our opinion a very complete showjumper for which we have high expectations for the future. Suitable from advanced to professional.

Sire Colestus (Hannover, 2006) is a son of Cornet Obolensky out of a Stakkato dam and jumped 1.60m at CSI5* level early in his career under Ludger Beerbaum, Marco Kutscher and Christian Kukuk. He proved to be an above-average sire of sport horses: well over half of his offspring compete in sport and in 2024 he climbed to 34th place on the WBFSH sire ranking. Beerbaum praises the lightness, reflexes, carefulness and intelligence that he passes on. His offspring include:
Greya (1.60m, winner of the Rolex Grand Prix of La Baule 2024, under Kent Farrington)
Chuck Marienshof Z (1.60m, EEF Horse of the Year, under Lars Kersten)
Colestus Cambridge (Paris Olympic Games 2024, under Katharina Rhomberg)

Damsire Cornet Obolensky also jumped 1.60m, at Grand Prix level under Marco Kutscher, and is one of the most sought-after showjumping sires; at his Westphalian stallion licensing in 2001 he was awarded a 9.24 for jumping and a 10 for free jumping. His offspring include:
Cornado NRW (1.65m, under Marcus Ehning)
Cornet d'Amour (1.60m, under Daniel Deusser, German Champion 2013)
Cristallo I (1.60m, under Henrik von Eckermann)
Corbinian (World Cup level, under Steve Guerdat)

The dam Chantilly R has already produced several showjumpers, half-brothers and half-sisters of Colli Corneta:
Coconetta (1.50m)
Celia 43 (1.40m)
Chameur 150 (1.35m)
Further back in the line are, among others, Cascaval (1.35m)
Coulthard 16 (1.30m). A very complete showjumper with high expectations for the future.
