One thing is for sure: he knows how to jump, but he can trot and canter well, too, with an active hindleg. This powerfully moving yet light-footed Chassilo could therefore well become an interesting showjumping or eventing horse. Who will bring on this 3-yr-old?
Sire Q’Chacco Blue van Essene is a 7-yr-old stallion who was started at international 1.30m level under Eric van der Vleuten jr. last year. He descends from the top-class progenitor Chacco Blue and is a half-brother of Jolie van Essene D15 (1.60m Grand Prix). Their dam is a half-sister of Extra van Essene (1.60m Grand Prix), ridden by, amongst others, Marlon Modolo Zanotelli and Darragh Kenny.
Dam Silona (Voltaire x Nimmerdor) jumped at 1.30m level herself and already produced two international showjumping horses: Zilona (1.40m level) and Gansploo AAA (1.45m level). Close relative is the NRPS stallion Kentucky (Krunch de Breve).
