The filly Athena van Milky Way Z is bred as a showjumper and stands out for her long-lined model and easy way of moving. She has a good trot and canter, moves nicely in balance and radiates scope and sport. An interesting foal to buy young with a view to the future.

Sire
The preferent Arezzo VDL jumped internationally at 1.60m level himself and won during CSI5*-W Helsinki among other results. He has also proven himself as an international top sire with among others:
• VDL Edgar M – 1.65m
• Farezzo – 1.65m
• Equine America Harwich VDL – 1.65m

Arezzo VDL combines Chin Chin (1.60m) with a dam by Heartbreaker (1.60m).

Dam
Loretta van de Pertjeshoeve competed in eventing herself and is a daughter of Chopin van het Moleneind (1.60m).

Granddam
Lolaine du Jonckay is a daughter of Major de la Cour. Behind her we find the thoroughbred mare Confidence xx, which gives this damline a clear thoroughbred influence.

Athena van Milky Way Z combines the proven Grand Prix blood of Arezzo VDL with Chopin van het Moleneind (1.60m) on the dam's side and thoroughbred further back in the family. A long-lined, blooded foal with movement and an interesting basis for the future sport.

Collection of the foal

The foal stays with its dam after the auction and can be collected once it is approximately 4.5 months old and has been weaned responsibly.

In consultation with the seller/breeder it is often possible to leave the foal with its dam or at its current location for longer. Any additional stabling or rearing costs are settled directly with the seller.
