OLIVER VAN DE NETHE

ABOUT

The 4-yr-old Oliver van de Nethe scores on many fronts. First of all, he handles everything with great ease, he is co-operative and displays a fine attitude. He has a lot of blood, a good balance and, not least, he shows scope over the fence. Oliver is a bit green, but he has a big heart and gained some experience in 80cm courses.

Poker de Mariposa gives a good impression in international 1.40m and 1.45m classes with Kars Bonhof. He is very interestingly bred as son of Nabab de Reve out of the 1.60m Grand Prix mare Ilena de Mariposa (Berlin). Grandam is the top-class showjumping mare Flora de Mariposa (For Pleasure), who has been very successful under Penelope Leprevost (FRA) for years in a row.

Dam Dazzle van de Nethe descends from the very well inheriting Quasimodo Z (1.60m Grand Prix). Dazzle’s first daughter Kalimera van de Nethe is started at international 1.35m level.

Grandam Lissa van de Kleine Roost (Ewout van de Kleine Roost x Elanville) jumped in 1.40m classes and supplied the Grand Prix horses Biegel jr. Z (1.60m level under Philip Zuger) and Luigi van de Nethe (1.55m level under Rene Dittmer and now under Donald Whitaker) and another three international horses at 1.35m to 1.40m level.
