The four-year-old Danny Boy EH Z jumps with remarkable scope and a powerfull push-off the ground. His talent comes as no surprise, with a pedigree featuring three consecutive 1.60m stallions and both his dam and granddam proven in sport.

His sire, Don VHP Z, was a major Grand Prix earner under Harrie Smolders. The impressive Diamant de Semilly son jumped 1.65m tracks with ease and is a half-brother to the 1.60m Grand Prix horses HH Carlos Z and Envoy Merelsnest Z. Don VHP Z already has six offspring competing at 1.55m–1.60m level.

The dam, Delilah EH Z (Darco), also left her mark in sport, competing internationally at 1.40m. Two of her offspring are already active in international 1.45m classes. The granddam, Eloise de Semilly, a 1.60m mare by Le Tot de Semilly, has produced multiple international showjumpers.
